Equal Opportunity
Fair Housing Commitment
StationMate is committed to equal housing opportunity for every military family.
The Fair Housing Act
The federal Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of housing based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), familial status, or disability. Every listing on StationMate is subject to these protections.
Military Status Protections
Georgia and many other states extend fair-housing protections to military status. Landlords may not refuse to rent, quote different terms, or steer applicants because they are active duty, reserve, or veterans — including reliance on BAH as income.
What We Require of Sellers and Landlords
By listing on StationMate you agree to comply with all applicable fair housing laws. Listings containing discriminatory language are removed, and repeat violations end the account. If you believe a listing or seller has discriminated against you, report it to us and to HUD at 1-800-669-9777 or hud.gov/fairhousing.
Accessibility
We’re working to make StationMate usable by everyone, including members and family members with disabilities. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, email support@stationmate.co and we’ll address it.
