StationMate is a housing marketplace connecting military buyers, sellers, and landlords. We provide listings, timeline matching, and communication tools. We are not a party to any lease, sale, or loan transaction, and we are not a licensed real estate broker, lender, or title company.

You must provide accurate information at registration and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent identity, military affiliation, or property ownership.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, availability dates, VA loan details, and property condition. Listings must comply with fair housing laws. We may remove listings that are inaccurate, discriminatory, or fraudulent.

Badges (military verification, deed verification when available) reflect checks performed at a point in time against third-party data sources. They are provided “as is” and are not a guarantee. Always perform your own due diligence before entering any transaction.

BAH calculations, match scores, and affordability indicators are informational only. Consult your lender, legal assistance office, or a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StationMate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including losses from transactions between users.

We may update these terms as the pilot evolves; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@stationmate.co.
