Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, role), military profile data you choose to provide (branch, rank, dependents, installation, PCS timeline), listing content, saved searches and saved homes, and standard technical logs.

To run the marketplace: matching your timeline and budget to listings, sending alerts you subscribed to, calculating BAH-aware pricing, and verifying military affiliation when you request it. Verification documents are used solely for verification.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share PCS dates or orders with other users beyond what matching requires (a seller sees your move-in window, never your documents). We never disclose duty-related information publicly.

We use vetted processors to operate the platform — email delivery (Resend), identity verification (ID.me, when you choose it), and hosting infrastructure. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

You can edit your profile, delete saved searches and homes, and request full account deletion at any time by emailing support@stationmate.co. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal compliance.

We designed StationMate with operational security in mind: exact report dates are never shown to other users, and we recommend you avoid putting deployment details in listing descriptions or messages.
